Muzeum Uniwersyteckie w Toruniu powstało w 2005 roku i mieści się w zabytkowym gmachu Collegium Maximum z 1906 roku. Muzeum skupiło się na pozyskiwaniu darów od Przyjaciół Uniwersytetu z całego świata – m.in. cennych kolekcji dzieł sztuki, rzeźb i archiwaliów. Oprócz Sali Rektorów z portretami i insygniami władz uczelni, muzeum prezentuje m.in. sztukę polską na emigracji.
